Advent Calendar

This was the first Happy Meal promotion to be issued on a national basis in the UK. These toys were released over a period of four weeks before Christmas.

Each toy was a hanging decoration except for the McDonaldland sleigh which could either hang or could be folded in half to make a rocker. The Jumping Ronald and the sleigh were made of thin cardboard with a tissue paper insert that opened out. The three baubles were made of shiny shatterproof material.
