Rev-Ups

The Rev-Ups set featured McDonaldland characters mounted on hard plastic vehicles, with the figures themselves made from solid rubber. Each vehicle included a pull-back mechanism, allowing it to race forward when released.

The vehicle designs had previously appeared in the United States as part of the 1992 Yo Yogi! promotion, although presented in different colours. Their re-use for the Rev-Ups set gave the toys a distinctive cartoon-inspired style while fitting neatly into the vehicle toy trend of the early 1990s.
