Connect-a-Car

The Connect-a-Car range was a special promotion rather than a standard Happy Meal release, with each toy available to purchase for 49p alongside any meal. This made them easy to collect over the course of the promotion.

Each car was a large moulded vehicle that split into two sections, allowing the front and back halves to be mixed and matched with other cars in the set. This simple but inventive feature encouraged collecting and creative combinations. The promotion ran for four weeks, with a different car released each week, giving customers a new design to look out for on every visit.
