The Hot Wheels Attack Pack promotion was released alongside a second Barbie Happy Meal set, continuing the boys-and-girls toy format first introduced in the UK with the 1992 Barbie and Corgi Racers promotion.

The set featured four Hot Wheels Attack Pack vehicles, replacing the previous year’s Corgi Racers range. Each toy was made from hard plastic and designed with a hinged front section that opened to reveal a creature-like mouth, giving the vehicles a more aggressive and cartoon-inspired appearance.
