Britain in Bloom

The Britain in Bloom Happy Meal promotion was a charming, eco-friendly set that encouraged children to get hands-on with gardening. Tying in with the long-running Royal Horticultural Society campaign of the same name, the toys were designed to spark an interest in growing plants and caring for outdoor spaces.

Each plastic item in the set was a functional mini gardening tool and came complete with a small pack of seeds, allowing children to try growing their own flowers at home, an unusual and educational twist compared to many other Happy Meal toys of the time.
